As branded mechandise, it makes a lot of sense. It's a piece of plastic that makes your computer look cooler. The claims that the sheet of plastic would make your computer have lower temperature seemed like snake oil. It reminds me of the xbox 360 face plate replacement.

i doubt GN would lie about its performance. it makes sense that a face plate with holes is better than a solid one.

Are you saying the data proving it multiple times over is just made up?

GN are the most trustworthy creators in the tech space, consistently delivering reasonable and data-based takes and not giving a shit about sponsor influence.

They are pretty much the shining light in the shit infested tech enthusiast community.

They even literally say in the video the faceplate is unnecessary.

Communism isn’t when cool things and labor don’t exist.
