The damage he has done to the US is extremely likely irreversible. Not that I mind, fuck the US, it's been just as bad as Russia and China, it's just that they granted the west stability, so the west kind of overlooked it's continuous crimes.

That tolerance is now over, and I highly doubt it'll ever come back. Europe is stepping away from the US hard, and they won't come back.

Ukraine showed that Russia is mostly a paper bear

Iran showed that the US is mostly a paper eagle, again, thanks to Trump

Millions will die due to Trump's actions

Americans so far have done little to nothing, and yes, by that I mean the weak no-kings protests. Anyone thinking that the single day no-kings protests were great really hasn't been paying attention to how bad the US has become that people can't even protest more than a day without losing their jobs or something. Take a ook at Europe, take a look at France.

I'm sorry, but it is REALLY hard to see that Americans are fighting back. It's not doomerism, I know this too shall pass,, this is just the reality of the situationn where this is not a new thing. The US has been sliding into authoritarianism for decades already and most people were defending it as the greatest nothing ever while people were dying on the streets.

So looking at the few hollow victories that have been scored, I can only say that it's too little, too late, at least for a victory lap.
