I'm not a tankie nor do I like China, but this is whataboutism. It's perfectly reasonable to talk about for example, Iranian victims of the US, Iranian victims of the government of Iran, Palestinian victims of Israel, Uyghur victims of China or Ukrainian victims of Russia in separate conversations.
When you bring China into a reasonable question about US responsibility for war crimes in Iran, it's a bad look no matter who you're talking to.
This discussion involves China. China is a first or second party in this discussion. Without Chinese support there is no IRGC, there would be no Iran funneling weapons to extremists throughout the region, and there would not be a war.
