Most universities have active committees on the ethical use of AI in research, but the solution for that is do anything you want in a private company. It basically comes down to don't generate fake data, which has been an issue since digital imaging and Photoshop.

The amount of fraud coming from new startups will be epic. I cannot possibly handle the diligence requests from biotech investors, at $500/hr.
