About 25yrs ago I was at a protest where a cop with a dog was needlessly agitating his dog to get it to bark and lunge at people who were not even remotely violent or pushing it at the time. He worked the dog up too much and it turned on him, latched onto his forearm and drug him down. Another cop rushed over and ripped the dog off, which resulted in opening that dude’s arm up like he’d slit his wrist. Now they’re both screaming, blood is spraying, uninjured cop is uselessly flailing and calling for help, no tourniquet, no pressure, just helpless panic as the other one bleeds out and falls unconscious.
