I guess it depends on this person's personality and how they respond to criticism. If their partner is so Zionist I would do my best to make this friend of your sister's increasingly antizionist. Create a rift with the Nazi by making them intolerant of Nazis. You only really need to convince them of one salient truth that would be a deal breaker for moving to Israel. Something that would speak to this particular person, which may be wildly different from what you care about.
