It's impossible to moderate kindness in my opinion, it has to be something the community chooses.

idk, literally within the past eight days you, yourself, called out another user that, at this point, i can confidently say has a multi-year history of deliberately being needlessly and excessively hostile, dishonest, and pedantic. i think taking mod actions on a user like that would be a good place to start in improving the general atmosphere of the site.

I hope the ones who like to fight and want to start shit and are always searching for the bad in each other can choose to think differently or not engage at all if they can't.
