Generally, an artifact should be 100+ years old, but this is a flexible requirement if you find something rare and suitably linked to an era of history, not a strict rule. Anything over 100 is fair game regardless of rarity.

I like that the site gives a lot of detail.
Dimensions: Overall: 7/8 x 11/16 x 3/8 in. (2.3 x 1.8 x 0.9 cm) bezel: 1/4 x 1/8 in. (0.6 x 0.3 cm)
So if width is 11/16, that's 0.68 inches, which this calculator puts as a US size 7.
