We have domestic oil production and don't import from Russia?
There's a lot of people I consider dumb in this country. Entirely too many for preference but they continue to be a thorn our collective side.

Oil, but likely not the right type for the available refineries.
We have very dirty difficult oil, a lot of it. But we have very very few refineries for it comparatively. Most of the gas I have ever bought in my life was refined in the USA because they had refineries set up for it
