I guess I just haven't found one I enjoy. Every form of intentional exercise I do always has me checking the time to see how much longer I have to do this till I can say I did enough. Closest I got to enjoying anything close was playing exercise themed videogames like Wii Fit or Ring Fit.

Go dancing, maybe? Or just start walking places as your transportation method, that kept my mom slim her whole life. I am not a super active person, love to sit & read too, but a lifetime of experience has taught me that I will not sleep well or eat enough if I do not exercise or do plenty physical activity.

It's running in particular I dislike, but running in particular really helps anxiety.

I don't live in a walkable area. Getting anywhere outside my neighborhood requires crossing a highway with no crosswalk or stops. As for dancing I got no idea if a place for that exists around here. Plus I tend to not like dance music.
