Get into self hosting already. Next stage of evolution. Custom domain, custom spam filter. New start really. Been doing it for 15 years now and comes with the added benefit for free email with firstname@familyname.de.

I wouldn't trust myself to host something as important as email. Having it on your own domain is a good idea tho
