Thank you! Surprisingly this time in my fitness journey, I'm not so tempted by fast food. I think it helps that I'm not overdoing it (used to run 5ks and cycle 30km everyday whilst consuming no more than 1000 calories), and curb the hunger pangs with healthier options
Big respect.
To get to 12stone, I'd have to lose both arms and legs.
I got down to 13~14 a few years ago, but it was too fast (I think) as photos of me back then looked like I'd had a vacuum cleaner connected to me and I looked all gaunt... but I do recall actually feeling light...
It's amazing that feeling of lightness, and also the general dull ache of a good workout/stretch. How'd you get the weight down last time?
Basically the age-old method of diet and exercise, but I only ate chicken salad and worked out at the gym 3~4 times a week.
No caffiene, sugar, salt, bread, etc... which also meant checking the ingredients and skipping pre-packed (ie flavoured) meat with things in, etc.
So, the right idea, but just too intense. And of course, it didn't last.
Even now, eating chicken (and other meat alternatives) salad wraps, but with coffee, etc, I can't get anywhere near my ideal weight. But, my current job is long days of hardly moving, so it's the physical part I'm missing.
