I'm 100% certain at least one user is part if NYC DSA since they openly talked about working with Mamdani.
As for me I am not in NY but rather CA and have never been an official member of any such organization but I have worked with DSA folks and of course Food Not Bombs. I have had the pleasure of being long time friends with Keith McHenry who is by far my favorite crank.
