No, Miyamoto is a designer and the algorithms and details how its implemented are done by the programmers. Also where does this idea come from that Miyamoto never compiled a line of code? He probably learned the basics of programming, which made him a better designer as he understood how a programmer has to think. This doesn't make him a better coder, but a better designer.
