The chicken is right though
Yeah, that's what the kids book is about. Everyone doubt's the chicken! Then she summons her inner Dinosaur to scare off a weasel and the chickens embrace the inner dinosaur. Then the little girl who lives on the farm learns that chickens used to be dinosaurs. Its a goofy book. The afterward has more sciencey information about the link between birds and dinosaurs.
Its called Lena the Chicken (But Really a Dinosaur!) by Linda Bailey
They, like all birds, still are, is the thing:)
