wow I wonder what events in history may have made the Latin American left and the Latin American right have different perspectives on “foreign policy”

If a Latin American politician actually turned the OAS into a forum for left-right cooperation against foreign interference then they would be branded a far-left extremist and we would learn just how quickly the CIA can spin up the old coup machine.

Is it because of all the civilization in Euro that its like that? I bet he thinks its because of civilization, Euro are experts at civilizing, and knowing when another country needs to be civilized.
