If I had to guess, I'm assuming this is coming from the seemingly common belief amongst the crowd of a certain political persuasion that Christians are the most persecuted people in the world ever, and that Muslims are trying to kill us all or convert us all to their religion?

    Motherfucking abrahamic religious fucknuts who apparently worship the same god always infighting thinking they're the "better" religion.

    Global north always does this.

    US bombs some country in middle east, the people there fight back as self-defense, US says they are fighting in name of religion, and then US commits war crimes there in name of "spreading civilization."

    Just using same rhetoric used against native americans. And people can't progress during war so US uses that to justify occupation.
