for me, i will not buy the product if the reviews have consistently 1-3 stars with the same thing describing whats wrong with it.

with locations like dentists, medical offices, i look at the negatives and then the positive and make my judgement, if they have consistent bad reviews i will not use those places. i tend to ignore 5 stars since they embellish or exaggerate alot. for schools, you have been a student long enough to give a proper review for, especially since recent times most schools are getting C- or lower reivews due to lack of opportunities,,,etc. i immediately ignore the ones that give political commentary to a school(almost always as calling it woke, or not christiany enough", why they dont like the school and will likely report them.
