The page for socialist state does not include Laos and on its own page it says it is a "people's democratic state", unlike the other AES states, which say they are socialist states. Is there a reason Laos is not considered a socialist state?

It was removed by an anon edit that was approved so I undid the anon edit. They have their own conception of the differences between people's democracy/worker's state/socialist state which is not necessarily wrong or bad but it's a huge change esp coming from someone who doesn't have an account, and if they want to make such a sweeping change to what amounts to our line they should at least join the discord and discuss it.

the edit was approved back in november 2025 and we've had some internal restructuring since that time that should provide a better framework for approving anon edits
