MODERATORS
They won't even blame the party.
They're convinced that the best democratic model in the world is a binary choice between two parties. Accusing one party out of two of destroying the country means you're rooting for the other to rule all the time, so they can't do that
(And of course the GOP have absolutely no problem doing so but liberals love surrendering unconditionally to reactionaries)
Well that's because the parties actually try to make it so obvious how terrible the country is
