They are panicked. Feels like more weight on the "bibi is dead" scale.
They don't have to be dead to be panicked. The zionist got themselves into a war They have no control over and every day their capabilities degrade is a tick on the clock for the Palestinians to liberate themselves.
Sure but on top of the "proof of life" AI videos? If you start with the idea that bibi is dead, an order to kill every Iranian leader on sight feels like an attempt at retaliation. In practice it is no change because they already try to kill every single Iranian they see.
If bibi is still alive what motivation does he have to give up his direct participation in the assassinations? The only proven value of assassinations is a boost in political support for the individual who can claim credit. He can't take credit for killing leaders if the policy is kill on sight. His only motivation is maintaining political support so he cant be tried for his corruption scandals.
Speculation (assuming this is new policy at all):
Could be wishful thinking on my part that it's a sign of desperation, but if this is out of the ordinary as policy, it's gotta be for some reason and I don't think it would be driven by confidence in capability to control outcomes.
