My issue with alt media outlets is that they attract people acting out of positive intent, piggyback off of antiimperialist messaging to promote colonial historical premises & ineffective strategies for combating it.
Something I accepted years ago is until I improve my understanding of what mental skills I picked up from others (and what I missed, as I miss quite a bit), there is no way I can explain them to others. The typical shortcut people recommend is trying to verbally eviscerate others for their perceived impurities but I left that in my Bernie era. If I weren't following altmediaguy's site, not like I'd suddenly notice you posted a website I marked down as Grade C psyop and get testy #imnormal #ipromise
If you somehow noticed the crash-out over people here taking a fictional anti-China pro-Palestine stance, that's something that bothered me because even with the infromation they had, it was a clear reversion to old liberal habits with glee and relief
Oh I'm aware! Alt media can go from Breitbart and OANN to *Quds News and MEE. I'm pleasantly surprised by altmediahouse, and I like the admin, best I can tell. I don't always agree with everything, everyone says there, but I feel like he admin is acting in good faith.

You're normal to me, but not in the usual meaning (mainstream) normal kind of way. I understand testiness, too, heaven knows I'm testy often enough, often enough. But I'm glad you're not "normal" in the "well-adjusted to a profoundly sick society," kind of way!
I don't recall noticing, but if I did, I probably innerstood it and either wasn't bothered by it and/or hoped you're okay. Don't tell me not to worry about you, either. I always worry about good people, even good online people. Everyone needs a good crashout occasionally, it shows us things about ourselves, for good or for ill, and if it prompts us to self-reflection and self-care, even better. Fwiw, I see more pro-Palestine, anti-China crap on the fake left Nazi instances. When I got there, they were genocide denying, then "do you condemn Hamas?!" That's settled down, now they're "do you condemn Iranian leadership?!" "Maduro was bad!" I hope Ed Bernays evil psych can be undone in the generations behind us.
