Talent (or, generally, worker) poaching refers to the practice of hiring employees directly from competing firms, typically by offering better pay or benefits. Not to be confused with Headhunting - targeted hiring for a select position, which may or may not involve poaching from other companies.
Maybe just a common enough pose that’s it’s not based on any specific image, unlike Jackie Chan, or maybe based on another image - I feel like there’s a more popular one that I’ve seen before…
