There are some people at the vets consulting on a 57 year old cockatoo.

Wow. I guess if you have a cockatoo, it needs to be a multi-generational pet. They live so long.
This one had originally belonged to his mother and was with another family member before coming to them.
I think tortoises are the only longer lived pet. Funnily enough there was also a turtle at the vet today, I felt very boring with my cat.
