Ist eigentlich sehr ähnlich wie die Diskussion um Carsharing oder Leasing vs. Autokauf.

Ich wünschte Wohnen wäre wie Leasing, wo man am Ende vllt noch entscheiden darf, ob man sich die Wohnung komplett kauft oder nicht.

Für mich liegt eine sehr gute Lösung in Genossenschaften, das kommt dem sehr nahe.
