I couldn't praise him, no.
Well despite it, I think his bombings still kinda pale in comparison to the ones US pulls.
It’s less about showing him to be even vaguely moral, and proving that the US government is supremely corrupt and immoral.

It's a W when compared to the american government in this one specific instance
A horrible attrocity is not a W "compared to" other things.
Bombing a large number of random people isn't justified if one of them turns out to be a piece of shit 16 years later.

That's why we're here, a dude who got bombed in 1995 turned up in the files a bunch of years later. Given the other people Ted bombed it probably had more to do with working at a Uni than being part of some pedo ring.
