What am I missing here?
Transparent in the post is in quotes, so they mean PNGs that look like they have the checkered placeholder that means it's a transparent background, but the checkered part is actually an opaque background.
Oh dooohhhh! It was so obvious that I totally missed it :)

But that's not transparent, unless the penguin is trans and a parent
