Tariff-free remuneration system is a form of wage calculation in which the income of each team member is proportional to their personal contribution to the achieved work results.
Time-based system of labour remuneration is more commonly used - it's a form of wage calculation in which an employee's income directly depends on the time they spent working.
Feels a little “to each according to their ability”-coded, but still fun to see them becoming more successful. Gotta eliminate that rent going to the chief, too.
