Alright, cool. I was just worried I might lose my data if the "main" device is lost for some reason.
Nah I think you'd have to lose both at the same time, with no backup. I keep a backup on a flash drive just in case, and I'm considering keeping a printout of that "add second device" qr in my safe just in case as well.
Ah, that QR code is static then? So it won't change for the lifetime of your profile? That's nice if so.
...hmm you raise an interesting question lol, I didn't think about that haha.
