Curiously, I don’t remember learning anything about the direct Russian influence on the KPD. Makes me wonder what we spent all those hours learning about the Nazi regime on (we spent a massive amount of time on it compared to other history topics), if we didn’t spent even one minute on looking at Stalin’s role in the rise of the NSDAP.
