No, you need an alternative to apps in the Apple app store, which already exist. Don't pay for anything through an app on an Apple device, they will rob the creator. Pay through the Patreon web site.

Heavily blocked by filters. I'm pretty sure pixiv cut the US loose and started blocking US users.
Direct payments with Monero seems like the best option.
Everything else takes a cut, which they do not deserve.
