Taxes are compulsory payments levied on businesses and individuals by the state to finance its functions.
Some gabi emotes would be great but I think they'll need to be cropped in slightly more so the expression is more visible? Maybe? I don't know how emote size constraints work actually so I could be completely wrong given we have some large ones
The Chief probably dodges VAT somehow. There's probably some incredibly bureaucratic way around it that only people in the right circles can find others to talk to about how to do it.
Anyway I love Gabi getting squished between all the speech bubbles in this it's very good illustration of being overwhelmed by sudden onslaught of rules you weren't aware of
I did have a fuller version of that one but started smaller to see how it’d turn out
I already traced out another thinking one too (and have a fuller version of it too)
There’s some others that I’ve gotten closer to just faces, but those are some awfully big ears, so they might still not turn out great
