I don't know, I kinda doubt even Obama could Obama his way out of this one now. "Keep doing the same shit and steadily make things worse" is becoming less and less viable every year, and I think we crossed that line sometime prior to the last election.
Obama's administration was at least self-aware enough to promise "Change" to people, even if they kept backpedaling on it. Seems like the dems these days aren't even capable of lying about meaningless superficial changes anymore.
