it can be pretty expensive in my area, but there's this product called "just eggs" that i love. pretty sure its mungbean? can't remember exactly, but its an awesome egg substitue and i use it for sandwhiches/burritos all the time.

They used to make a vegan mayo that was fucking delicious that I would mix with soy sauce and Sriracha for sushi rolls.
I thought they still made the mayo?
Oh I guess they're making it again, it was discontinued for several years.
