You could make a brown sugar loaf drink (agua de panela) and an arepa, that's more or less what I have in the morning

I can absolutely get panela, sounds tasty
it's very sweet and tasty and you can add your fav kind of vegan milk at the end if you want, the recipe is:
Ingredients
For 6 people Water 1 litre Panela 200 g Lemon (optional) 2
Preparation You start by heating the water in a pot over medium heat. While the water heats up, cut the panela into small pieces to facilitate its dissolution. Once the water is hot, but not boiling, then addadd the pieces of panela and (stir constantly to prevent the panela from sticking to the bottom of the pot) until it is completely dissolved.
