Embrace Colombian/Japanese thought and just have soup for breakfast. Try it and you'll realize that no one is stopping you but yourself and the bourgeois notions of "breakfast food".
yesssss soup is so comforting in the morning, warms your whole body up. Korean cabbage and soybean paste soup and Vietnamese tomato egg soup (with silken tofu instead) in the morning are just the best! what's your favorite Columbian soup recipe? i want to try :o
edit: just saw the vegan changua recipe you shared, it looks so good!!!
Just replied with my fav in another post on this thread!
I do fucking love soup. Miso would do I think
Look up changua, it's a Colombian scallion, cilantro and bread breakfast soup that's usually made with
cw: animal products
Milk and poached eggsBut could as easily be made with vegetal milk and no animal products.
Edit: found a vegan recipe that looks p legit https://mom.com/momlife/vegan-colombian-changua-recipe

Yes! I cook noodles and drink the broth for breakfast, and then save the noodles for later that night when I fry them with veggies.
