Your takeaway is that this guy was arrested for wearing armour? Interesting.
If you read the article, it is one of the charges, yes. Implication being that it is a crime.
And it's the one you are concentrating on.
Why are you so interested in distracting?
Just straight out unable to admit that a child of wealth is able to do wrong, otherwise you won't be able to claim afluenza when the time comes?
