I can't access the "regular" 1337 link that's been posted here because the site is blocked. But i did find this alternative link that seems to work:

Is that safe though?

Try a few VPNs. I'd recommend windscribe because it's free and supports torrenting with 15 gb per month, but if you want, you can get a paid VPN. Personally, I use the 1447x.to domain
