@MrFunkEdude@piefed.social have you figured out how to make good sourdough Bahn Mi buns at home? I can’t seem to get the right crust.

I’ve tried twice and both times were a fail. I keep meaning to try again. This time I’m gonna try a steam pan at the bottom of the oven. What have you tried?
