Nexus routinely saves me more than an hour at the airport and TSA Pre does the same in the US. I had more than 150 flights in 2019, a third to the US and half international and Nexus saved me a lot of time and hassle. My world may just be bigger than yours so Nexus has a much bigger impact for me than it would for you.

Funny you said you only had to go once a year, not 50 times... but whatever dude, as I have said, four times by now, you do you... if you need to justify yourself to me, you should reflect upon that

Yes, being gainfully employed by the Canadian subsidiary of US company that requires me to travel to the US once a year does colour my perspective but by all means go on fighting the good fight.

Ah, the classic childish gotcha!

I had more than 150 flights in 2019, more than 20 in the first two months of 2020, then the pandemic hit and I didn't fly for 750 days. When the pandemic restrictions eased my company asked me to go back on the road but I refused. I'm senior enough and valuable enough that I can do that. Now, I chose when I travel and I chose not to travel to the US at all except for SKO which I have to attend.

I'm don't feel any need to "justify" myself to anyone. I'm trying to help you to understand that other people may have different lived experiences and different responsibilities than you do and that some people's worlds are bigger than yours and don't allow them to live in black and white.

I hope this helps.

Ah, the classic childish gotcha!

What gotcha? you just contradicted yourself in a way that changes the conversation

I’m don’t feel any need to “justify” myself to anyone.

yet here we are still...

I’m trying to help you to understand that other people may have different lived experiences and different responsibilities than you do

AGAIN, this I understand... when you said you do ONE trip to the USA per year, I opined I did not think it was worth giving up all the data to the Nexus conglomerate... now you come say you basically live on a plane, see how that changes the conversation?

AND ONCE AGAIN >>>>>> YOU DO YOU BUD <<<<< I could not care less about what you do!
