would never allow Putin to take over. Putin doesn’t need to take over when his deputy is already running the country

I mean that Trump is no deputy with not 'taking over'.

If trump would be a deputy, the elections would have been pushed in different directions.

    I don't see why. People took a fairly partisan view over whether it was true that trump had Russian help in the election and I think trump is right that he would get away with shooting someone in the street and his base would still support him. I don't think being in the Epstein files is what's hurting him, it's not releasing them. I think it has embarrassed him to have given a blowjob to "bubba" but I don't think it has harmed his rating.

    The billionaires would have pushed a different candidate and Trump would have never been elected. The ads are one thing, but the reporting is the important part. If the newspapers and networks had focussed on another candidate, that candidate would have won.

    That's just restating your conclusion, not explaining why. What on earth have oligarchs and plutocrats to fear from the russian oligarchy form of government being installed in the USA by putin's man trump? Further wealth? Uncurbed power and influence? No, they fear none of this. Consequences are for the little people.

    How do billionaires have influence on Trump if he is installed by Putin? They already have uncurbed power. They would lose that if Putin got involved.

    In Europe, Putin would love to sell gas, as do American billionaires. Only one can have the profits or they have to share.

    Why would the US billionaires accept a middle man? They own the newspapers and networks to decide the election. Why accept Trump if they can have their own candidate?
