The definition of practice is doing the same thing over and over again, until you get better at it and get different results.

Not really. Practice means you’re doing something that isn’t the thing and get closer to doing the thing with every attempt. Say you want to do a handstand but you fall over, you didn’t do a handstand, you did a fallover.

What if it isn't a binary? What if you're doing endurance training? Them you do the same thing over and over which makes you better and last longer
