If it is possible to do it with Steam Goldberg, a fork of the previously mentioned program, Greenluma, a fork of the previously mentioned and/or any other software,, whether one or several; someone and/or some people explain how in a way someone without computer knowledge can understand it?

in the case the method explained there: https://github.com/turusudiro/SteamEmuUtility is not obsolete please explain me in the method explained in that website " Installation " link in " GreenLuma Installation " in the 4 step when i get the latest version https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=103709&hilit=greenluma greenluma file( if it is not GreenLuma_2025_1.6.9-Steam006.zip , please give me a download link for it), and i import that zip i get the error showed in attached image, where can i find the " Family DLL " file that is missing as showed in the attached image?
