Doesn't matter if you intentionally wear clothing to make them more obvious, cis people who already know you generally won't notice. Even if they find clothing of yours specifically meant to support boobs in the laundry! Or, at least they won't acknowledge it if they notice. The exception being people who fetishize trans people (in which case you might notice they know because you're talking to them and he's looking at your boobs and then suddenly looks up like he was doing something wrong).
