    I work in manufacturing and run into this constantly. It’s a fuckin joke honestly. These standards should be free to access if they want people to follow them.

    Right! The regulation states that you need to use standard xxx#### except standard xxx#### costs hundreds to thousands of dollars. Except the law says you need to conform to it. Except only big companies have them because the little ones can't afford it.

    Well i assume they needed to fund the organization somehow, that pdf is probably full of info on how to achieve that standard. And since it's PDF, goodluck paywalling ctrl + c > ctrl + v.
