Besides you playing True Detective with my consumption habits; I didn't assume streaming content goes to slop because of my own spats, but because of the general vibe the entire site has about streamers, how many threads with anything to do with streams involve a dozen comments like "ugh streamers, kill me" then second, me remembering (or misremembering) the dunk tank/slop struggle session from last year when I assumed slop would be a safe place to post internet stuff that some loud users consider annoying, particularly streaming, which I've now learned was a mistake on my part because apparently slop is just the dunk_tank with a new name

Then way back in third place is my own spat from 4 months ago in the Newsmaga (that you dutifully recorded in your log for some reason), which didn't inform my decision to post in slop today but simply 4 MONTHS AGO reinforced my belief that the site in general has a weird and overly hostile attitude towards streaming, even when it's worthwhile

I misunderstood what slop was all about and only posted here because ironically I didn't want a derailed thread about the "virtues of streamers", and then you come along accusing me of being malicious and being a sleeper agent for the Mike from PA industrial complex, mission failure on my part lmao

So I don't think you actually believe that this is the best place to post it. Even the sidebar says "bullshit that you can't post anywhere else"
