I got a headache everyday it is always caused by allergies. Usually it is barely noticeable, but sometimes it gets painful.

I was wondering if anyone else is on the same boat and if anyone got a fix for this.

I had a late-diagnosed autistic friend who struggled with frequent migraines. With her diagnosis, she became aware of how those were related to sensory hypersensitivity.

I have ADHD, I know there is sensory stuff involving that.
