Maybe it's just a subjective thing from my own limited perspective, but I believe it anyway: with federated liberals showing up and really giving us something to dunk and clown on and generally to identify against, I haven't seen an in-house Hexbear struggle session and I haven't even had anyone get weird on me in direct messages, make several "not an alt" alt accounts to scream at me for a few hours/days, or anything like that since the federating happened.
In that way, indirectly and unintentionally, I'm happy that federating made Hexbears come together and be a bit less shitty. 
That's what touching grass means, going outside, seeing how fucking horrendous it is talking to average people, and then appreciate the weirdos that live in my phone having tantrums about spelling it "CPC" or "CCP"
Not to everyone. The federated liberals sometimes say that in response to disagreement, which apparently makes it mean "how dare you disagree with me."
Ah, time to find a new phrase since they ruined it
Fuck them. Keep using it. They already turned "communism" and "socialism" into curse words. Don't twist your words to appeal to these bad actors. They won't return the favor.
