I think it's usually more of a nuanced take starting from the idea that "in this instance, Ukraine is effectively a US puppet after the Euromaidan coup, and is only still fighting due to US influence in somewhat of a proxy war and thus Russia deserves critical support in this conflict" and not like some kind of unironically 100% pro-Russia Z posting like "Russia should go seize Kiev and down with Ukraine" or whatever as clearly the Russian Federation is also just a capitalist state and not at all socialist
