And if it doesn't kill you, it'll give you permanent liver damage. I'm honestly shocked that it's available over the counter, with how close the toxic dose is to the therapeutic dose. You need serious pain to justify that. And while you might get away with 2 in one dose once or twice if you take it infrequently, the harm is cumulative so don't be trying to claim you can do that for days on end.
